6 month certificate won't work. 2nd credential has to be a minimum of 1 year.So you're looking for the extra points associated with two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.
Having just the 4-year degree is not enough according to your calculation?
You never know, but i doubt they would count it as 4 + 4. More like 2 + 2 = 4 year equivalent.
I think you could do a 6-month certificate and still get the extra points.
Your best hope is that the 2+2 gets a 4 years bachelors equivalency and then you will have to do a 1 year diploma to claim points for 2 or more. Otherwise, your current credentials will only gain you points for a 2 year program.I am sure it is equivalent of 4 years, but what difference would it make?
As I understand for two diplomas they accept: 1) full bachelors degree (in my case 4 year degree) and 2) 1 year postgrad degree (which I unfortunately dont have)
But is it possible if I send both diplomas they could count these as 4+4, 2 diplomas?
Do they specify that somewhere?6 month certificate won't work. 2nd credential has to be a minimum of 1 year.
this is interesting actually, if I could do 6 month course and claim second diploma option, that would help me a lotDo they specify that somewhere?
All i see from the wording is:
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years
For the record, i think you're right.
I'm just curious where they state this explicitly.
This is a list of all valid ECA results and the minimum equivalency is one year.Do they specify that somewhere?
