Yes or No for tax filings in country of origin?

Home country: 2016, 2017

In the YES /NO table on the citizenship app, should my home country tax filings have a YES or NO? I'm unsure if they are only about tax filings in Canada or overall.

Would this be correct?

2018 YES (reqd) YES (filed)
2017 NO (reqd) NO (filed)

They are only asking for Canadian tax filings so whatever you have above is correct.
