Dude, how come your ECA have transcript section in it. ECA format for immigration don't have transcript section at all. Of you submit the wrong one, you will be rejected.

He doesnt have ECA yet, he is still in the process of acquiring it!

Yes, i have checked the WES website for the document list.

For Bachelor education, Transcript and Copy of degree is mentioned.

The confusion was for the year awarded section in the WES online form and the documents which are to be sent.

I submitted my phd thesis in may 2012 and the degree was awarded in feb 2013. Which is the date attended and awaded in my WES form.

Hi all,
I have attended my Degree from 2002 to 2006.
Without noticing April 10,2008 at the bottom portion of my degree certificate, I submitted my WES online application with year awarded as 2006.
I guess it is wrong as I should have mentioned it as 2008 instead.
Qn 1. How to correct it in my WES online application as I have already submitted it to generate the WES reference number?
Qn.2: Do i need to explain this gap when i send the transcript envelope for ECA assessment?( gap was only because Universities in India take a lot of time to release the final degree certificate especially in Kerala)
Can someone advise me please?

I will select the year 2008 as mentioned in my Degree in year awarded section in WES online form.

Also, i'm just reconfirming here about the documents which are needed to be sent to WES for evaluation.

1) Transcript in sealed envelope with WES reference number mentioned on the envelop.

2) Copy B.E. degree, with WES Reference number written on it.

And put both, Transcript and B.E. Copy, in another envelop and mention the WES Reference number on that envelop as well.

Is this correct?

Hi @nitinsha85 , I got my wes done recently, and sent all the documents exactly as you have mentioned.
Except I did not write the wes reference number on copy of the degree. I put the photocopy of degree into an envelope and wrote the reference number on it.

So tanscripts in one envelope, copy of degree in another envelope. Both had reference numbers on it. Together I put them in a bigger envelope and put wes address and reference number and sent it. And I successfully got my ECA. So you're good to go.

While filling form there is field of year attended.
My batch was 2011-2015 but my btech degree was completed in 2017 due to backlog. So year awarded is 2017 bit what should i do with year attended it will be 2011-2015 or it should be 2011-2017.

Hi yeard awarded is what your final semester exam passed year or final reappear exam passed year?? and what about year attended??
