and If I put experience letter of some company then, they verify the information or verify my details with company ??

Don't put experience letter or any extra documents. Don't try to create confusion to VO. Stick to checklist.

I applied for MS in Information Security at Concordia Univ College of Alberta (Not this is not Concordia Univ NOR it is run by them - It's a seperate college which offers Master's among very few colleges in Canada located at Edmonton, AB {better place thru out Canada in terms of weather - a lil warmer palce ) })

Experience letter is NOT a must:

If you don't have it - Payslips, Form 16, Offer Letter would serve as proofs.
If you haven't worked - You may mention the same (providing a strong reason).
Any document submitted is subject to verification - So, we cannot assume that it won't be verified for sure. Neither, we can't risk putting fake ones.

i got a mail today from CHC delhi with a PDF attached.

It says

"Your application to study or work in Canada has been approved.
Your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in Canada, subject to your compliance with the
requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations. It will allow you to study or
work in Canada for a temporary period only. Read the terms and conditions carefully."

Does this mean my visa is approved and i will be getting my stamped passport ??
