i got a mail today from CHC delhi with a PDF attached.

It says

"Your application to study or work in Canada has been approved.
Your study or work permit will be issued to you upon arrival in Canada, subject to your compliance with the
requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations. It will allow you to study or
work in Canada for a temporary period only. Read the terms and conditions carefully."

Does this mean my visa is approved and i will be getting my stamped passport ??

Wow! You guys in India really get it quickly. Here in Nigeria, it takes 18 weeks. You wouldn't believe I applied on the 18th of April and I am just reaching the stage for passport request. (Did my medicals three weeks ago)

i have applied at ahemdabad vfs on 11th june and my passport reached at delhi CHC on 12th but still my result is pending......
don't know what is the reason..........

i am applied Under university category for Lakehead University

Profile : B.tech--73 % and Ielts -6.5
Funds ; Tuition Fee paid : $ 5000
Educational Loan : INR 20,00,000 (equal to $ 36,000)

I have submitted the Document's mentioned in the University check list no other documents ?
is it enough to get visa ?

Heyy Guys!!

I received my Passport today (Visa stamped & Letter of Introduction, as well 8) )

I was worried a bit! But, things moved faster and whole thing happened in just 5 Business days - Would you believe it?

Here's how it went thru:
June 24: Applied VFS Hyd
June 25: Received by CHC Delhi
June 28: Study permit approval Email arrived
July 2: Passport released by CHC

June 29, 30 & July 1 were non-working days LOL

Received it today! Yayyy!

I wanna set this an example how faster the CHC-Delhi is processing the applications. Long live CHC-Delhi!! 8)
I hope everyone gets their VISA very soon.
Guys who are waiting - Please be patient! Good news is on the way!!
But, make sure that perfect documentation is being done.
