I am an existing customer of Y-Axis and the service is pathetic. I have Paid them 80K (The dumbest thing i have ever done) for consultancy and in return what you get it just a generic service. No promptness, No pro activeness. They assign you a remote agent after paying the fees who sits in HYD (Most likely a trainee kind) who not even knows about the new system.

So far I myself get the info from web & advice them. They even changed my consultant and provided me with the experienced one (which they claim) but still I don't find it something that add value to what i have paid them.

I would definitely not recommend you to go to Y-AXIS.

Its better you file your own application as the entire process is given on CIC website. You just need to go thoroughly.

Hey guys...
I am existing customer to Y-AXIS in Chennai. Please don't go through Y-Axis. Once you pay money they don't do anything... They will try to grab more money from you.

My Experience with Y-Axis:
Daily they called me to pay money(to join in Y-AXIS). They told me as if you didn't get this year we will apply again in next year with NO additional cost.
So I paid 80K to file my application in FSW program last year. After payment was done, I started calling them daily to know my application process.

1. First step is to file ECA.
To file ECA they taken 1 month of time which we can do it in 10 minutes (that time I don't know how to do).
Y-axis allocated one person who sits in Hyderabad. There are many teams and not having mutual understandings to help us.
Most of the time they didn't pick calls... They don't reply to emails... They shared one email-id to escalate this issue. Most horrible thing is I didn't get reply from them too...
Every time I complaint to them, there answer was "They are separate team and you have to talk to them".

Then one day I taken off from my work and went to Chennai branch office to start my process.
Finally I submitted my ECA after spending 1 day in Chennai branch office after a month(This is just a first step, think of my whole process).

Because of Y-axis I was not able to file my application in time under FSW'2014 program and that delay pulled off me from the cap limit.

Now they are asking more money to apply in Express Entry scheme. They are not even accepting their mistakes.
Now, Y-axis is replying me in one sentence as " If you pay again, we will apply".

In my way, Other word for 'Y-axis' is 'Cheaters'.

If you haven't figured out yet.. it is "continue to GCKEY" option. You can create a username and password there..

Express Entry profile creation is just a selection to the actual PR immigration process. Once you get ITA (Invitation To Apply), you have to go through the actual process of PR application and complete in 60 days. This will require sending documents you have already collected, Police clearance certificate and others.

So even though not compulsory, you can use a consultancy after getting ITA as the actual application is more complex than the Express Entry profile creation.

Is it worth seeking services of lawyer if I want to apply under express entry program? If so, which lawyer would you recommend?

There is no need to pay so much ..specially now ..i m not sure whats your score is but anything less than 400 could take more than 4 5 months..so u got lot of time ,you can create delete modify your profile as long as information is correct.
You dont need someone to tell yuu answer is yes or no.
Mine 415 dont think will get any invitation atleast for now or another 3 4 months.
