Ans : offcourse to make money.. its a profit making business.. so they will charge you for services by trying to make you believe that they are doing something great and something which you cant do on your own.. or they will say they have "inside" contacts or wat ever crap..

you can file your application online your self, the agents would also do the same thing.. infact any and everyone does the same thing, irrespective of which ever country you are in..

so for application you need two important documents..
1) General Ielts score which is currently valid.. (validity is for 2 years)
2) Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) by any of these..

You can arrange to get your assessment from:
Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
World Education Services
Medical Council of Canada (professional body for Doctors)
Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (professional body for Pharmacists)..

So have you done both of these things???
