wht other information she is putting..she has put her information if its file number ,,but if its UCI number then her sponser's infor

Shouldn't it start with F0000xxxxx.Anyways she should select ID type as File number ,then her last name,then her date of birth and then place of birth.Every info should be of the person who is applicant.It should be open then.
