Hi,
My bad luck was when I filled my Immigration case through WWICS.
I had my file number on Feb.2010 and till June 2010, I didn't receive any help or even information regarding my file.
suddenly on 26th June 2010, WWICS called me and informed me that my time period finished and my file closed.
since then I'm trying to get some of what I have paid to them, but i was only receiving promises till today, they informed me that their policy is not to pay any penny back to their client, and if you want you can go to court.
Now, I have no file, no case, no chance and even no right for the money which i paid full in advance to WWICS.

- Are you saying you have lost the file no.?
- Did you pay by check or cash? Do you have proof of payment?
- When did you file to CIC? What is case status? Why your case is closed? What did WWICS say about your case?

There could be so many questions, be calm - that would be helpful to you to take action, if that is possible.
Mostly people who make false commitments make sure that they do not give anything in writing, while discussing your case to WWICS, did they commit that you are qualified & should start process?

It would be helpful to suggest you if you share your experience from beginning (everything discussed with them from beginning). From that conversation, people here may ask further questions to help you.

I applied in Kuwait Branch.

I lost my file number, my chance, and even my money. After six months they hold me waiting for the money refund, they informed me that I don't have any right to ask for any refund of money, only because of signing the contract without reading the hidden words, which they showed it to me later on, that i don't have any right for refund.

That could be part of their practice.
At what stage your application was closed (dis-qualified) & why?

It seems from your post that WWICS did not file your application with CIC, clarify if that is the case.

Also how much did you pay them ?

Ask them to give the proof that file is closed ( which should be from CIC and not from WWICS).

You can go to Police and make a complain against him.

This idiots are looting the people on casual basis.

I thought that my decision was right, when I applied my file through them.
Due to their offer, to get special services, I paid the fees in advance KD.800.000 equal to $2700. Not only I didn't get Golden Services, but also no body was their to follow the process of my file with me.
After 4 months from the date of the file number, they said your file is closed, and now the rules has been changed it was on June 2010.

I think it was the matter of the fees, to get the money, this was their interest from the beginning, but unfortunately I didn't understand the matter in the right time, and the result was that I lost my chance for normal immigration through normal precess while the list of occupations were not changed on June 2010, because I am working as Financial Manager, and this job is no more in the new occupation list after 26/06/2010, with regards to the busters WWICS.

-When did you pay them (date) & how (cash, check, credit card or some other way)?
-If they have not perused your case at all, then they are supposed to return your money.
-If they have sent your file to CIC, then when did (date) they post to CIC and how (which career - fedex, UPS, DHL or any other), using that you can confirm when CIC received your case.

Your next action could be determined on above information.

if they do not share above information, it is case of cheating, so you have every right to peruse your case legally.

Do not call them write registered letter and seek the information. Send same for 2-3 times after a week period. If they do not respond, then you can registered a case with CIC & CC to WWICS.

Seniors may help you to by sharing how can you register a case with CIC.

They didn't send my file to CIC, because still I was trying to get my IELTS degree as they told me, I have to get 7.5 to get full 16 points.
All my documents were ready and waiting for the result of IELTS, after fifth time of IELTS exam, I got 7.5/6.5/6/8 which is 14 points, but I needed 16 points to pass 67 points.
They told me because I didn't get the full marks of IELTS, my file will be closed and no chance to re-open it, or re-file the case.

You can not re-open or re-file the case to WWICS but you can have a chance to apply again by your own, the only must you should have is that 16 points thru IELTS...

The applicant did make a few major mistakes:

1) Paying the whole fee upfront

2) The applicant did not even collect all the documents (IELTS) before paying the full fee.

3) The applicant did not read the fine print in the contract.

Sorry for you my friend. If you have no-win, no-fee lawyers in your place you can give it a try, otherwise it seems a losing battle to get a refund.

I got scammed by WWICS in Kuwait. I told them to fuck off when they declined to give me access to my username and password.

Again, I have a copy of their contract. You can get money refund if you can't prove your eligibility. Please read the contract.
