When she tries to open her file to track, even then she has to fill Indonesia as her country of birth. On biometrics page it’s also Indonesia. My suggestion would be to send a webform with the updated file/country of birth and saying it was a typo.
no guarantees because there are several forms in the package with the same info - if she was wrong on all of these, it's a bit harder to explain, but if it was because of a consistent error, perhpas they just passed over it.
But from the sounds of it they ignored it or decided it was a typo, so good luck to her.

But try to correct via webform and revise the forms that were wrong and send to them. Hopefully they just saw it as a typo. Still possible they will send it back but no-one can say. If you correct with updated you may have a good chance.

It turns out that the mistake wasn’t from her representative end. The representative rechecked the file she sent, everything was fine from her side. So mistake is done from IRCC side. But ircc do not fill any entry manually they just scan the barcodes on file we send and everything is automated rest representatives do not accept their mistakes but yes this is not a big issue bcus ircc can easily correct these typing mistakes in their system.
