Hi.i am starting to worry about my Scudule A and pcc request.I recieved AOR on 2nd May then check ECAS a week or so later to see i had a document request so i call the center and was told it was pcc and scudule A so i uploaded them through webform on 17th May but have heard absoluty nothing since except the automated email response saying they try to respond within 10days.I have tried a few times since to call the center but can never get through.Is it normal to wait this long can anyone tell me?Should i mail it as my police cert is 6 months old at end of July?Anyone have any info i would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

If you've uploaded them within the timeframe they asked for, it should be fine. They don't necessarily send anything to confirm receipt of it, which is annoying. I had this issue with them a couple of times when I had to upload documents - the first time, I got a little panicky about it, the second time, I realized that it's just how they do business! Are you just using ECAS, or MyCIC? They're both pretty intermittent about actually updating, honestly.

Of course, if you're in Canada and you're still worried, maybe try calling IRCC again to confirm that they received it. Yes, you'll have to wait on hold for a while, put it on speaker and make yourself some coffee while you wait.
