Worried about PCC UK!!!

I'm waiting for my PCC as well. Submitted the form to them on 28 Oct, still haven't heard back.

Do they send out an email when the PCC is despatched?

They do not send out any email, you have to call them and quote the reference number to check about when the certificate was dispatched.

Even I was waiting, they dispatched it on 30th Oct 2017 but still I did not receive. It was through normal postage without tracking, however I called them yesterday and paid them 250 pounds extra for another copy with the tracking number. As per their information, I will receive it within a week.

I picked the enhanced tracking option back then. That'd include tracking number, right?

Yes in this case you shall be provided with a tracking.
Just FYI I applied on 19th Oct, and they dispatched it on 30th Oct. So you should get the notification within 11 days I believe, otherwise you need to call them to get the tracking number.

My brother lived in uk from 2010 -2016 6years .he went there on study visa and left the studies in between due to the financial crisis and lived afterwards illegaly in uk till 2016 , then at last he was being brought to the detention and got deported back to india in 2016 .
Now he got married here and his wife is going to apply for express entry programme for canada . So my questions are:
1) would he be inadmissible to enter canada as a spousal applicant with his wife
2) what sort of documents do he needs to provide, ive read that he must obtain pcc from uk police Acro, will his deportation affect his pcc certificate or should he make new passport and not tell about his past living in uk

I am beginning to suffer a similar fate, my UK PCC was dispatched on 19th of June and it is still at Langley (for almost two weeks now), waiting to be dispatched.

250 pounds???? really?? it is huge amount.

As per information, they dispatched my UK PCC on 30th November itself. But i have not received it yet. Someone please advise.

I applied for PCC and I got it. However, It says PCN certificate.

What is the difference? Did I applied wrong, didn't I ?
