is there anyone who can help my friend for re-applying his working visa application after the immigration officer not satisfied that the information declared by him was not telling the truth and therefore he got a refusal or denied in his application.

the question is: That neither you nor of your family members has ever applied for any Canadian Immigration visas. and he aswered it NO even his wife is working in canada already and answer again the family members information that her wife is NOT IN CANADA.

Question: Is there a possibility to retract or correct again the information in sending his application for re-applying a working visa in immigration of canada with the correct information and also with the cover letter of apology for the misrepresentation of his answers in the application form.

He got a job offer (LMO) and will expired this coming may 2011. Thank you very much.

Your post is a bit unclear.

This does not appear to be a case of the IO not believing your friends application. From what you said, your friends wife had applied and is in Canada, so your friend lied. That is why he was rejected.

You can always reapply, but the scrutiny would be even more intense.
Two applications with the same question and different answers has to be a lie (or a mistake).

I think it's a two-year ban for misrepresentation. Unfortunately, your friend is unlikely to convince an IO that it was an honest mistake. If it was, your friend could spend the next two years studying English...

this has nothing to do with english... he prob thought the question was for him, those forms are easily mis-interpreted. his best chance would be to hire an immigration lawyer to deal with it now i'd say.

So it could be a misunderstanding of English.
We all know how difficult it is to understand the questions, either employ someone to help or check, check and triple check.
The OP has not replied with a better explanation yet. However, even if he applies a second time, it will be really hard to get around this issue.

CIC will have all applications available, discrepancies will obviously be a red flag.

A lawyer may be the only option at this time, but without extra information there is not much more to comment on.
It is a personal decision as to whether the applicant wants to spend more time and money.

very true! man sad people don't take more time to get these applications filled out properly, a simple mistake can be very costly.
