Will any immigration officer will justify my job experience going physically to the company or over the phone?

Some VO do the background checking over the contact numbers(it must be included on your COE) of your previous employers.I heard they are more tighter in CEM because of some fake docs submitted by other applicants. I may add that's why some VO requires the "red ribbon" /certificate authentication from DFA.
Another question...will the immigration officer ask me for interview?

Im not quite sure about Canadian work permit becasue Im based here in NZ. My experienced was when renewing a work permit and if the decision was made and its negative, better to re-apply again rather than send a justification because the case officer handling the case will simply set it aside while if you re-apply for another work permit, it will be treated as new application and will be handled by another case officer who might have different opinion on your application.
Sometimes when the case officer turn down your application it doesn't mean per se that you did not meet the requirement, it's only that the case officer have a different view or treated your application the different way. It always happens becasue these people always uses a personal judgement although there are set standards or equirements before the case officer can give a decision but still it applies personal judgement on what they have gathered information based on the documents submitted and verifications.
This is only my personal view and its your option what's is best for you at this instance.
