no that would be considered illegal work. You can only start work from the first day you attend college.

Yes, you can't work before school starts.

Doesn't matter - it's still illegal. You cannot start any work of any kind until you start school full time.

What about Spouse's Open Work Permit... do they also have to wait until the first day of school? Or can they start working any earlier? Thank you
