If your employer is not willing to support you then no reason to have your closed work permit approved. You would arrive here and not have a job, and cannot work for anyone else. Seems like your employer maybe contacted EDSC and said that you are no longer required.
You can hire a lawyer and see about next steps but without employer support, nothing you can do.
