work permitt inside Canada

I am as a visitor in Quebec, found an employer for low-skilled worker, we signed contract for 2 years and applied to MICC for CAQ and Service Canada for LMO. Is it possible that after being accepted and having neutral or positive LMO to apply for work permit from inside Canada on-line?
Or should I leave Canada and aplly from my country of residence?

The main thing is that when I make my eligibility and choose that I am now in Canada, I am not allowed applying from within Canada when just put my origin country od residence I am eligible to apply on-line. For me it doesn't make sense anymore. All other information I put all the same.
