how we will get 2-3 year work permit while studying ??? anyone genius here plzz tell me the true thing

Duration of courses less than 2 year the work permit will be equal to length of course.
Programme duration more than 2 years will lead to 3 years pgwp.

i knw bt all pg courses after btech are of 1 year then it means we can get 1 year work permit...wht will happen after that....can canadian visa policies offer me to get another work permit after 1 year of that?
