You cant edit it. You have withdraw the profile and submit it again. Though there is no need to edit or change your profile once you get the invitation unless there has been a change in your status in canada or other things which can affect you score. (most cases if it can lower your CRS score)

Hey your answer to the second question has to be none or less than a year. That question is for work experience outside of Canada. That is the reason your express entry score is 428 as compared to 466 in CRS calculator.

Dont worry about the college but just check the course content of each college and select that depending upon the the content which u like more and thinks that particular course content will help you in learning more.

Yeah u can .. I know a person who withdraw his file after around 4-5 days through vfs.. So u first visit vfs as soon as possible and ask them about this .. They will help u for sure

You have to withdraw your file if its isnt too late and apply again after making whatever changes you want..

Yeah it can have a impact on your study visa because they might consider your pr application..and it doesnt matter which province is your sister in.. She is in canada and u r going there too bcos it doesnt matter whether u have choosen ontario college or uni,u can anytime change ur province...
