i live in India and my husband is currently working in Canada . He is not a PR. We got married 3 months back and I applied for spouse work permit. After 8 weeks I got a rejection letter stating that there were no documents for my relationship proof and also there was no employment letter of my husband. It's very disappointing that even after I hav submitted those things very clearly, the file has been refused. I don't know what to submit new and wen to reapply. Pls help with suggestions.

What skill level is your husband's job?

Exactly what documents did you submit with your application?

Sorry to hear this- hope you've taken copies of all the documents you have submitted. What's the reason they furnished for your refusal?

Sounds like you're from Kerala in India- if so, glad to see you on this forum. All the best !

He is CNC machinist in an aerospace company in Toronto. i don't know exactly about his skill level but he is quite sure that his level of job is eligible to get permit for spouse . His pay is also 70000 cad. We submitted his employment letter, pay slip for last 3 months , and for my marriage proof we sent our marriage certificate, all photographs, chat history , call history. I had even renewed my passport with my new family name. I really don't understand wat to do more. Thanks for the response at once .

Was it the government marriage certificate or church one? If it's the church, most consulates and embassies don't accept it.

Who submitted this application- was it through an agent? If not, try appealing against this decision with the premise that all the requested documents were submitted.

What exact evidence did you submit to prove your husband's employment? Employment letter, pay slips, anything else?
