Work permit got Rejected

My work permit rejected , I have applied as dependent on spouse work permit as my husband have 3 year work permit.Got rejection with comment
"You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse’s employment in a qualifying TEER. Refused under R205(c)(ii)"

Please help to understand meaning "Refused under R205(c)(ii)"

What is your spouse’s NOC? What type of work permit - closed? LIMA or LMIA exempt? High or low stream? When applying for SOWP, did you include permit, LMIA, job letter and paystubs?

LIMIA exempt and Closed work permit and High stream IT. At time of applying, we submit permit, LMIA, Job letter but not paystubs as he starts working in 1st week of March and we applied work permit in last week of March. So he does not have paystubs at that time

Reapply with paystubs and bank statements so show you can settle in Canada.

You need to submit a new application. Applying at the border when you arrive in Canada is possible only if you are visa exempt.

So you have approved ETA to apply?

I have tourist Visa which valid till Nov'24 and will apply extention in July as my husband have 3 yrs work permit till Marc 27

You could enter and apply inland for SOWP.

This does not allow you to apply for a work permit on arrival.
