My husband not a PR is working in Canada currently. I applied for open work permit which got rejected after 8 weeks stating dat my relation ship proof to the inviter is not provided. I clearly submitted my marriage documents and photos etc. Still it got rejected .actually I changed my passport surname with my husband's name and also added his name in spouse column. So my new passport is the only document wer my name is different. All my financial and educational documents hav my fathers name . So My doubt is, is it a random unfortunate rejection or is it because of this name query? I mean my marriage certificate has my fathers name behind my name and my new passport has my husband name behind my name. Is this discrepancy can be a reason? Should I had submitted any gazette form for this name transformation to prevent this confusion? Pls help with answers ..thanks
