Hi all, if my WP-EXT has been refused because the PA got his Work permit under the new extension policy which deemed me as ineligible for extension, and our PR application has been approved (AIP) but haven’t received ecopr. IRCC has given me 90 days to restore my status. My question is: will I receive copr Even if I have not received a decision on my status restoration? Or what would be a good option?

I don't see why they won't. Out of status people(h&c) get copr requests too.

you mean even if i have applied for status restoration. The PA and the spouse will get the copr right?
