Well first you need to find an employer willing to invest 1000 CDN in the process, then they need to advertise the job to ensure no Resident available after that there is processing time which could take months. There is no specific time published .

That is totally different. I believe Intra Company transfers are LMIA exempt. Others may be able to confirm this.
I was offered a job in Canada by employer in July 2018.it has been taking about 8 months,My process doesn't finished because of not taking LMIA letter.I.wanna know how long is it need to wait it?
If it is truly an intra company transfer you do not need an LMIA. Beginning to wonder if you know if it is or not. Are you actually working for the same company right now?

You have changed your mind about 4 times now. An LMIA can take 4-6 months to get.
