Work permit main applicant. Family visitor visa or open work

I am applying for work permit on offer letter, i rcvd from Canada. .can my kids go with me, without the need to go back untill my contract of 1 yr.
How... If visitor visa, kids will hv to go back in 1 Month. If I apply for study permit, then application is asking of school admission. And school doesn't give admission untill an year period
How my husband can go. On visitor. He will hv to come back in 1 month..then who will take care of kids while I be on work.
If open work permit, application is asking to submit coming back tickets.
Please guide how can I apply for family.
