Can’t tell you processing times because depends on country. Google IRCC processing times. If your plan is to work then apply for a work permit. If plan is to visit apply for a TRV.

Hi,
I am the inland applicant with valid work permit and applied for visitor visa from inside Canada on 4th August 2023 and still waiting
I sent several weform and requested ATIP note, but couldnot find anything useful from the note.
(We are also wating for our PR Application)

Last week I extended my work permit and agian applied for visitor visa from inside Canada, based on the new extended work permit.
My question is that do you think I'm better to withdraw the old visitor visaapplicationor leave it as it is?

No permit or visas are guaranteed. Even if the doesn’t want to work in Canaeab but wants to live in Canada they need to apply for an OWP. If they want to come for a short visit apply for a TRV.
