Work permit holder arrival in Canada in july 2020

Hi , i wanted to ask if a work permit holder can make his entry in Canada in july 2020 provided he has a plan to self isolate and his services are essential.

Yes i have a valid job offer ,work permit and as a veterinarian. Is that sufficient?

As far as what I have seen in the canada immigration site, it's says anyone whose work or students permit approved before March 18th are allowed to enter provided they are able to self isolate for 14 days and get Authorization letter from ircc.
