Hello there, you can certainly apply from India but please note that since you are working/resident of UAE, your file will be forwarded to UAE for processing. That is how it works. Goodluck.

Yes, they will forward your file to UAE because that is where you are located at the moment. So wherever you submit your app, it will end up being finalized in the country where you are. Goodluck.

My WP (ICT WP, LMIA Exempted) took 20 weeks to be processed. Applied end of Aug 2016 and received mid of Jan 2017.

I did my Biometrics too on January 11, keep me posted Sean. we are almost in the same week so I am hoping for our updates soon.
