***hi Just want to ask did your spouse included you in PR application as inland application or outland application before you applied your work permit? ,,because i also have same case as you but my PR application as outland overseas applicant because that time i did not had trv.
I included my spouse in my pr application as inland. Because my spouse was in Canada. There is an LMIA exception for some of cases. For our case you need to apply for pr together and spouse need to be in Canada to apply for work permit.
Did you guys apply for pr when spouse was outside of Canada and spouse came to Canada after pr application? And spouse has trv in Canada right now?

There isn’t a distinction between inland and Outland application when adding a spouse to a protected person’s PR application. I would make sure the TRV is still valid if your spouse is a protected person. Often TRVs are cancels when a spouse applies for asylum.

Hi. I am not sure about your case because my partner was in Canada. He got his 2 years open work permit. You need to ask to a lawyer or immigration consultant. They will give you the right information.
