No, we just applied for open wp. Because of he is spouse of convention refugee. No job offer. Thank you so much!
Is your spouse working? When did they apply for PR? Have you been added to their applications? Did you recently get married? Do you have a history of dating in person with documentation? How long did you date? Did you have a wedding that would be culturally appropriate and did you families attend?
Confirming that a spouse of a protected person may apply for open work permit. I was able to obtain my work permit after my spouse was declared a convention refugee. I already have a valid TRV for awhile now so I was able to fly in as a visitor. I then applied for OWP within Canada in January and had it by the start of April.

Please download the forms you will fill and be ready with the scanned copies of the Notice of Decision for your spouse and their work permit.

Pls can u guide me further after applying online work permit..do I need to do medical..if yes then how to do it because I heard if u stay more then 6 months in Canada u must do medical to obtain work permit and how about biometric process..will I get notification to do biometric once I apply online WP

How to send medical request to IRCC for medical exam because I have to renew my wife's open work permit because she is a teacher and medical is mandatory for a teacher.

My wife is a teacher and there is a medical requirement for a teacher for work permit renewal. without medical

My question to you is that unless we have the IRCC instructions, how can we go to the IRCC medical panel and get the medical done without any paper and instructions.
