Work Permit Extension (Oct, Nov or Dec, 2015) online or paper base applicants

I applied on February 1st 2016 received my work permits today. WP extension same employer. I believe it is faster then its says on their website.

Applied online. I got an open work permit, my husband is the principal applicant and he got the closed one. It was a dual intent LMIA.

I have been waiting for 5mos now for my wp extension and no update yet.

Yes it is the same employer, we both applied in the same day for extension at the beginning of February 2016.

Did you try calling CIC? They might let you know if there's some glitch or something.

I called them so many times and they told that they have sent an email to VO. Is there any way to expedite my application?

No idea, sorry. If you did not receive requests for more documents, or any other message from CIC regarding your application then the only way I can think of to inquire is to use that form on the CIC webpage which they say is for people whose applications exceed the processing time given on their webpage. Have you tried this? Fingers crossed all will be well!

Hi. A lot of applicants have had success by visiting their local MP's office. You should definitely reach out to them if CIC is not giving a sufficient response.

I called them again today. The agent told me that my application has been approved since February 03 and they will mail it shortly. Im gonna wait one more week if i wont still receive it i will consider going to MP. Anybody here applied TRV without the hardcopy of wp?? The agent told me that i can apply for TRV even if i dnt have yet wp on hand. She gave the UCI number and the validity of my wp.

I need suggestion how I can extend my work permit
I am on PGWP and Sinp nominee. I got my AOR from Cic and waiting for medical
My PGWP expiring soon, I have work permit extension support letter from Sinp with my employer name on it and Sinp nominee with employer name
I am not eligible for BOWP
How I can extend my work permit

why do you think you are not eligible for a BOWP?
