Well consider it a typo error, please read it as “he” instead of “I”.
And "our" as "his". Got it!

In short, "he" will find it hard to restore "his" status from with in Canada and "he" is out of status. This makes your situation complex. Better get a professional on this who can suggest what you need to do next... Forums advice will not be sufficient.

Yes he is looking for a consultant for this. It was second opinion as there are people out who have seen all these scenarios.

In OP, i made a mistake as per info he gave me was it was MAY, instead of JUNE. So sorry for confusion.
