Work permit expired over 90 days

I hope anyone of you guys can help me about my case.
My work permit expired last july 9 2012, i did not apply for my restoration before or after my wp expired
I just got my new lmo from them last oct 5. And when i am ready to apply for my work permit. I cant get through coz their system is down. I tried to apply it again last oct 6 and 7 the promlem is they dont want to accept my 3 credit cards. When i tried to apply last oct 8. I got a message that my 90 days is over. You cant apply and your unable to stay in canada.you have to leave canada. I got panic! We make a letter state whatever happens. I decided to go to vegeville to apply personal to the immigration and explain what happens. When i get there, they said that no public walk in allowed. Do you think i still have chance to stay.
Is their anyone of you guys have the same case like me. Please i need your help.
I dont want to go back to PH without nothing.

I emphatize with what you feel now but unfortunately, I would have to tell you that the opportunities for extending your stay have passed already. Right now you don't have status. You still have the LMO and you can use that to apply again, but it has be done outside of Canada.

Agree with ragluf. You can seek legal advice if you prefer but act fast. If you end up having to apply while in your home country, you have to do it before the LMO expires.

as what the cic says is after 90 days of expired work, study and visit visa is no more restoration allowed but to leave canada.

the least thing you can do is apply outside canada. if you were able to apply for u.s. visa then just cross border and stay there if you have someone to stay with. if no u.s. visa or no one to accommodate you in the u.s. speak to your employer/sponsor that the processing will be done at your home country. the least thing you can do is shoulder your airfare to spare them of unexpected expenses if they are not open to provision of airfare...i hope i help!

Whew...I had wished you had posted your situation in the forum sooner - there are ways that you can extend your stay while waiting for your LMO and subsequently renew your WP. As what SenoritaBella mentioned - short of getting legal advice - you still have the LMO and can apply. Get what you can (requirements) from your employer for applying for a Work Permit outside of Canada.

Can you make arrangements with your employer to let you do work remotely while waiting for the WP?
