Food Service Supervisor comes under skilled category and your employer is not obliged to pay for your airfare or accommodation.

Thanks Astasi. I think same. Though my employer is only gonna pay me $13 an hour. I hope this wont effect the skill level and still employer do not require to pay for the airfare and accomodation.

The salary offered to you is the median salary for Food Service Supervisor. One of the conditions for LMIA approval is that the salary offered to temporary foreign worker has to be at par with Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

Employers are not obliged to offer airfare & accommodation for jobs in skilled category.

The NOC code you are using in your signature "6711" is it the same NOC code on your LMIA?

No. I confirmed with my employer. My NOC code is 6311. I need to correct it in my signature.

Hi there. Yes, there are good chances of approval of your work permit as your Husband belongs to skilled category. Medical request is the final stage. If you receive medical request that mean most likely your work permit will get approve.

The current processing time for New Delhi office is 3 months and Chandigarh office is 4 months. Which is your visa office?

Thanx for rplying...datz gr8 news...as tracked on the vfs website my passport has been sent to the banglore visa office...hw long is the procedure there?
