Hey Guys..
i Am Outland Applicant from UAE LMIA Based Work Permit.
Application Submitted : 13th August, 2023 ( Submitted For 2nd Time because of Refusal at 1st Attempt - Biometrics already given )

Until Today 9th May, 2024 No Update...
Processing Time Showing 38 Weeks but now its been more than 38 weeks.
Any one in same boat.....

Can you apply for LMIA and closed work permit at the same time fir Inland applicant? My LMIA in process and wp is expiring this month.
