might you apply as caregiver so its taking time otherwise there is no way to get this much delay for work permit. if you are apply for Live in care giver it take 12 to 24 month if not then your application is return without process which u unable to get of its fraud application....

roshan is right. even 2012 may application already aproved.yemenboy applied 2011 dec. its so long.?!? mine lmo is expire today. but no updated yet ! :-[

1. you have to summit original passport and police clearance others copy is enough
2.you can make a draft form any exchange and bank like uae exchange or dollar co or any others exchange
3.the best way to submit your application is depend either you had complite documents or not.
4.yes you can enclose your pasport if you are applying from UAE if not you have to sumit your passport copy and wait for the original passport request from CIC
note: all document must be in color photo copy and if it is not in English or francs you have to notarize from the certified notary public council.

In address you have to mention
TO THE GENERAL FOR CANADA
AND CANADA BANK DETAIL THE DRAFT MAKER NOW HOW TO MAKE A DRAFT
Your name and your complete address and phone number should be print in back of draft.
note:the bank draft should have 6 month validity

My case is this, I am cancelled from my previous employer (Dubai) as the left the country for good last June, so I found another sponsor to stay in the country and to continue my application to Canada. Is it okay to submit my application with the pink visa instead visa stamp on my passport? My resident visa in UAE is on going as it is required the legal residency in applying. My LMO and contract was sent and I am waiting this week. When I received them all I want to submit so the time not wasted, if okay the pink visa attach.

Your status is complicated. if you don't have the resident visa of Dubai as far my knowledge don't apply wait for your visa to be stamp in your passport.

yes there is expiration of LMO mention in your lmo if you recived . you have to apply ur application prior to this date if its expire before you apply no more use.
