Regarding referral letter, pwd b un current employer ko nlng ang iprovide ko? I am working with my current employer from July 2012 to present as a staff nurse. Is it enough if only this work experience I'll include for my paperwork? bale hnd ko na isali un sa pinas kc volunteer job lng nmn un. please share some inputs! I am applying for live-in caregiver program. Thanks

It's been 14 days na at wala pa rin akong balita galing sa employer ko. Minimum advertising time was rendered but still no contract was forwarded to me. Feeling so worried right now. Maybe they hired another caregiver. OMG! Muskin ana! huhuhu

Cheer up girl! Doing the contract is not that easy. I got mine after a month not included the 2 week advertisement. just wait silently and be positive. At first it is really painful to wait. Haha just keep in touch with your employer. Send them emails at least once in a while so they'll know that you're still waiting for their update. And you can tell them that if they need more information they can ask you anytime. Just to keep you both in contact.

-i think its better if you're going to include your experience in phil.coz it will be a plus point also. Just make sure that they wont enter it as VOLUNTEER NURSE. if you have any other way to ask them if they can put it as STAFF NURSE do it. Just tell them its for your application in Canada. I kinda edited mine also though i worked as staff nurse but not full time so i edited that part and the monthly salary.

-and for your current employer, i heard that its better if you will not tell them the real purpose (canada application) of the reference letter. I'm planning to request mine by march for LOAN PURPOSES so they can also give me the breakdown of my monthly salary. Hihi.

-are you going to apply online or mail in?

I dont know what LCP is , I'm afraid, Mine is a usual temp workers high skilled under 2161- mathematician.

I have an Annex A that has details of work, salary, location, hours etc and ends with the visa fees of 275 on the last line. I wonder if this is the end of the Annex?

I READ IN OTHER THREADS THAT IF YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE IS IN THE PHILIPPINES, YOU MUST PRESENT PROOF OF YOUR SALARY SUCH AS PHILHEALTH AND SSS CONTRIBUTION BY YOUR EMPLOYER. THAT IS WHY I AM HESITANT TO INCLUDE MY LOCAL WORK EXPERIENCE KC BKA MAINVESTIGATE AKO AT WALA AKONG MAIPAKITANG PROOF. AND FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENT IS SUBJECT TO REFUSAL OF PR STATUS APPLICATION.

KNINO KA HIHINGI NG REFERENCE LETTER? I ALSO READ ITS BETTER TO ASK FROM YOUR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR, HEAD NURSE, COLLEAGUE OR EVEN CLIENT. PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME ON THIS ISSUE.

IDK. A LOT OF THE SENIORS HERE APPLIED THROUGH MAIL SO MAYBE ITS BETTER TO FOLLOW THEIR FOOTSTEPS. ANY INPUTS ABOUT ONLINE REGISTRATION?

SAME PO TAYO NG STATUS. I'LL BE GOING TO RIYADH NEXT MONTH, DO YOU THINK IT'S BETTER TO APPLY THIS EARLY? PS: I HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET A COPY OF MY CONTRACT. MY EMPLOYER SAYS SHE WILL APPLY ON FEB 17. MAYBE I CAN EXPECT THE CONTRACT WITHIN THIS WEEK.THE EMBASSY ON WHEELS IN OUR PLACE IS SCHEDULED ON JULY. MAYBE I AM ON VACATION DURING THOSE DAYS.

hi kool buddy? may i ask what is the position you are applying for, so far I think that most of you guys were nov applicant and still not hearing from them that they have recieved any response from the embassy and i also noticed that all nov applicants were under LCP, im a dec applicant so im just waiting for the nov applicants if there were anyone of them posting a result from the embasssy, just hoping that all of will have a positive result. Hi leomar, I'm an IT technician NOC-2283, applied for WP at VFS Riyadh office. How many Nov applicants are there? How many of them got visas? VFS told me it will take 3 to 4 weeks for processing WP but on CIC website its mentioned as 5 months ??? I want to know if anybody really got it within 3-4 weeks or they (VFS) are just fooling the applicants.....

hi rtamimi, may i also know what is your position applied for canada? if you are applying for a work permit here in riyadh you have 3 options, wether you will send your application via e mail using myGIC account or you can send it thru mail via aramex or other authorized courrier. and also you you can go to VAC and send it personally, any of these options required all the documents to be submitted wether its original or photo copy, the visa office encourages all applicant to send full and complete application package as much as possible to avoid delays, hope this helps,,best of luck guys,,,

Hey leomar... earlier I tried for online application, but could not create MYcic account! do u know the process abt it? they need some bank a/c details or canadian ID, I saw many people applied online without going canada before, definitely not having any canadian ID? hw did they do it? can u throw some light on this pls....

lcp means live in caregiver program..
same with u what is stated in my annex except for the last line,.. no visa fee was stated in my annex

One last question. did your employer SIGN the lmo ? I read somewhere both the employer and employee must sign.
