i heard that police clearance can be process online.. im not sure how true it is but u can do further research on it. maybe it wil help you. because some sisters who went exit already were processing their saudi police clearance in the philippines thru online. i dont knw f it is also applicable to the one who is still here in the kingdom.

-i tried to search about the online application but cant find anything.. hehe maybe its only applicable for those who are already outside the kingdom.
We tried to ask permission to go out on friday for the EOW in khobar so i can get the endorsement letter.

Maybe what he means is about applying/renewing for NBI clearance. Yes, there is available online service but that is only good for data supplementation and schedule of pick-up. You still have to show up personally in their office. As for my case, becuase we also need to submit a copy of NBI clearance, we can go to the Philippine Consulate and get a fingerprint card. You can mail this one to one of your relatives in the Philippines together with an authorization letter made by you. He may then go to the NBI office and present the fingerprint card applying for an NBI clearance on your behalf.

-you should get an appointment to the phil.consulate for the renewal of your passport. They dont cater walk in applicants. You can get the appointment online. And as far as i know you can renew it 6 months before the expiration date. Just check if you can book your appointment now.

i got my endorsement leter during the schedule of my pasport renewal..just use ur current passport as proof of identity in ur endorsement leter and if i were you better to renew ur pasport the sooner the better because the validity of the visa once they approve is based on the validty of ur pasport.

hello po, im newbie here.. gusto ko lang po ishare ang aking application under LCP po ako...
nagsubmit na po ako ng application kit ko sa pinas pa lang po last july 2013.. tapos po after few days, nagflight na po ako dito sa riyadh... nagwowork po ako dito as massage therapist pero ang visa ko po na nagpunta dito ay dressmaker...
last week lang po, tumawag ako agency ko sa canada, sabi po nya ifoforward na daw po dito sa embassy ng riyadh ang application ko, embassy sa pinas going embassy dito sa riyadh...

ang tanong ko po:

pano po ba ang gagawin ko, sabi nyo po need ng police clearance, pano po ako kukuha nun.. tas ano ano pa po yung mga requirements na kelangan nila... meron pa po bang medical exam at interview??? ayaw ko po kasing sabihin sa employer ko na nag aapply po ako eh.. tapos po yung passport ko asa amo ko...

-hi.. regarding ur saudi police clearance, kelangan nyo pong kumuha ng endorsement letter from the philippine embassy magbabayad po kau ng 100sr, then dadalhin nyo po yan sa ministry of foreign affairs for stamping(25SR ang bayad) after that punta na po kau sa police dept after a week pa po bago marelease ang police clearance.
-regarding ur medical, antayin nyo po ang medical request na ipapadala sau ng embassy usually thru email un. pg my medical request ka na saka ka mgpapamedical.
-regarding ur pasport, pweding photo copy lng muna at gawan mo na lng ng cover letter, sabihin mo na hawak ng emlpoyer ung pasport but u are willing na hiramin sakaling hihingin sau ng embassy. ksi iyon din ang ginawa ko.
- pg di alam ng employer mo na ng aaply ka paano ka hihingi ng employment letter ksi kelangan din un..

-kelangan po ung NBI.. kng wala ka pa kumuha ka ng form for fingerprinting sa phil embassy then sabay mo na sa endorsement leter mo.. tapos ang form na my fingerprint papadala mo yan sa pinas at doon e process ung nbi clearance-
-about sa interview d ko lng alam ksi parang wala naman akong my nabasa d2 sa forum na na ngpainterview.. baka case to case basis lng yan
-paano yan..?? antayin mo muna ung iqama mo ksi kelangan ang original sa police dept.. hinahanap talaga nila ung original iqama..
-hopefully this time maging ok na..dont lose hope.. if its meant to be it will be..

It's been 14 days na at wala pa rin akong balita galing sa employer ko. Minimum advertising time was rendered but still no contract was forwarded to me. Feeling so worried right now. Maybe they hired another caregiver. OMG! Muskin ana! huhuhu

hi kool buddy? may i ask what is the position you are applying for, so far I think that most of you guys were nov applicant and still not hearing from them that they have recieved any response from the embassy and i also noticed that all nov applicants were under LCP, im a dec applicant so im just waiting for the nov applicants if there were anyone of them posting a result from the embasssy, just hoping that all of will have a positive result. hi rtamimi, may i also know what is your position applied for canada? if you are applying for a work permit here in riyadh you have 3 options, wether you will send your application via e mail using myGIC account or you can send it thru mail via aramex or other authorized courrier. and also you you can go to VAC and send it personally, any of these options required all the documents to be submitted wether its original or photo copy, the visa office encourages all applicant to send full and complete application package as much as possible to avoid delays, hope this helps,,best of luck guys,,,
