Hi guys, I'm a newbie here... i've been reading this thread for qutie some times now and i've got some answers on the things that is running through my head. I'm a nurse here in dammam and got a job offer as a LIVE I CAREGIVER in Calgary... my employer just sent the application for the LMO yesterday... so i'm on the process of data gathering for the apllication of the work permit. I've read almost of the instructions and i formation in the website of the cic... but still i have some issues about the application specially the ONLINE APLLICATION.

Anyone here under LCP who applied ONLINE? Please share your experience.

Here are some of my concerns.

1. How long is the processing time online?

2. Police clearance is not included in the checklist of online application, but i have read some posts that after they have submitted they're documents, the cic will ask for additional document which is POLICE CLEARANCE. Does the CIC always ask for the POLICE CLEARANCE FOR LCP APLLICANTS?
(Because if they do I want to get the police clearance ahead of time to lessen the time processing.)

i submitted my application thru mail...i already included the saudi police clearance in my application.. so, if i were you, better to get your police clearance ahead of time..they will ask you that any way..

i submitted my application thru mail last nov 2013. i complied all the requirements the embassy is asking last dec 2013 but until now no response from them..

i submitted my application thru mail...i already included the saudi police clearance in my application.. so, if i were you, better to get your police clearance ahead of time..they will ask you that any way..

Nurse ka din ba? San location mo? How did you apply for the police clearance? I need help on that matter. I really want to have it ahead of time.

Mail in application doesnt require LETTER FROM CURRENT EMPLOYER right? Coz in online this is one of the requirements thay i need to send.

-yup im a nurse here in khobar.
-first you need to get an endorsement letter for saudi police clearance sa philippine embassy, just check their schedule- embassy on wheels al khobar.. just pay 100 sr and bring a copy of your pasport and iqama.
- i submitted together with my application an employment letter stating ur position, length of contract at salary-.-
-one more thing the embassy will also ask your nbi clearance, so kng wala ka pa, i suggest isabay mo ng eprocess ang endorsement letter mo for saudi police clearance at ang nbi mo sa philippine embassy, kukunan ka nila ng fingerprint tapos yan ang ipapadala mo sa pinas, para minsanan ka lng lumabas.. saglit lng naman un.
-nagtatakas lng ako pag lumalabas .. thats the only choice i have.

At least you're in khobar... ako kasi dammam and hindi ko pa alam pano ako pupunta dun ng walang makakaalam. The only way i could think of is pagbalik ng papa ko dito sa saudi. He can take me out on a scheduled date of the embassy on wheels. The last time kasi na binalak ko ayusin ang nbi and police clearance is naka file for renewal ng iqama si papa ko and i still dont have my iqama yet that time... i'll just wait for my dad after ng vacation nya.

How many days before makuha yung nbi? And pwede ka pala bigyan ng endorsement letter of police clearance kahit wala kang nbi?
-i made a research already regarding this matter before but im not sure what to do... buti na lang nakita ko tong site na to... and marami akong nalaman according sa mga experience nyo.

-oo.. pweding kumuha ng endorsement letter kahit walang nbi
-ung form na my finger print makukuha mo kaagad un sa embassy tapos papadala mo sa pinas, in my case after a month pa bago narelease
- employment letter from my current employer signed by my manager.. gumawa ksi ako ng request letter tapos ang reason ko is because my family needs it in the philippines buti na lng d na masyadong ng usisa bigay agad..

under lcp din ako.. after a wk pa bgo ko nakuha ang police clearance. . d ko na nilagyan ng specific reason. d naman cla ng usisa kaya iyon.

-ayusin ko na talaga yung police clearance once makabalik dito yung papa ko... hindi kasi kami leave out.

-yung loan na lang ang gagamitin kong reason para mapirmahan nila yung sakin.

im not sure lng cguro more than 2 mos un ksi May ngproces july na naaprove.
