As a grown up men, we should have plan B. And this is how life goes. I hope you will recover from this temporary disappointment. I strongly believe if you gave everything that you could and yet not able to get it, it was not good for you, atleast this time. All the best.

@rajaryan
After JB it seems like we are the most senior left in the game. We should be ready for some within these days. Hope for the better.

What?? They let you wait this long just to refuse your visa?! I can't believe this :( so sad.
But I am sure there is something good waiting for you. It could be that Canada is not for you at the moment.

That is okay @cee12345 :)

This is just another opportunity that we know at least we try.
Either way, we have to stay positive about all the things that will come to our life :)

Just so happen that the job I accepted is located in Canada :) :) :)

Dear All,
I am so much exited to tell you all that my work permit got approved today. :)
My lawyer received the authorization letters for me and my wife. But the Embassy couldn't stamp my passports as the passports are with me and I was about to submit them for Iqama Renewal. How ever the Embassy has sent me an email that if I submit my passports by 26th Jan, they will stamp my passports and send it back to me by 30th Jan 2013.
I have no words to explain how much relieved I am now :) thanks to god for this new feeling as I had already lost hope.
I will update you guys as soon as I receive my passports with visa stamp.

@JB

I AM SORRY GUYS i WAS OUT OF TOUCH FROM THIS Forum.

JB, i am really shocked to here the refusal of ur visa. If its possible I would suggest you take the help of a professional Immigration lawyer and let them handle ur case. I am sure in ur 2nd attempt you will surely get ur visa approved.
I also had the same case. My previous application was rejected for the same reason. This was my 2nd attempt as my Employer took the services of a professional lawyer in Canada and some how I came through.
Just wanted to share my experience with you.

All the best in ur future endeavors and I do wish to see you in Canada some day :)
Life is long and opportunities are unlimited :)

@rajaryan

@sir rajaryan

may i ask if your employer provide you this requirement? thank you in advance and congratulations on your visa.
Declaration letter of financial support
If you are going to be funded by a third party, you must provide a letter from the third party justifying the financial support in your favour. The third party may also provide additional documentation to demonstrate his/her financial suitability.*

@Cjjc23

I didnt receive any document of this kind from my Employer.
My job comes under High Skilled Catagory B.
I already have the Job offer letter(which has my salary details) from the Employer.
My LMO clearly states the type of job, working hours and the salary to be paid to me.

So I guess there is no need for a separate declaration of letter as the above documents is more than sufficient to demonstrate the same.

I hope this helps.
