Hello, yup it's a must to have a stamp from ministry of foreign affairs in order to be valid. The criminal investigation division will not accept ur endorsement letter w/o stamp. It takes only 10 mins in ministry and u can go ryt away to batha. U need to wait 3 days before they release ur police clearance there. Yup, ive submitted my nbi clearance ive got from d phil. Wen i wen on vacation last dec. They said it shud be 2 months to be valid but in the nbi result d validity is 1 year so i still submitted it, just wanna try. God's grace dat they didnt return. Hopefully there will be no problems in the future. Goodluck to all of us. Any question, try to ask here in the forum, ive gathered all my documents thru d guide of other pipol here.
D endorsement letter can be obtained from d phil. Embassy and not the canadian embassy. U will just pay 100sr there. Un ministry 30sr, in batha free.
I think its not in the check list that you have to submit your police clearance certificate to gather with your application. In my case the Canadian Embassy ask me to submit the police clearance certificate and they send a request letter for Ministry of Foreign Affairs KSA and I got stamped on that letter and then go CID to get my police clearance certificate. Do'nt get your PCC before the Embassy ask you to submit.vich25 said:

I read in some forum dat the canadian embassy returned their application because of the missing NBI and police clearance,i just read dat in a forum. Then another point is better to complete ur dox before submitting or else u will pay again the courier wen they will ask u to submit the missing dox written in the checklist. @Vich25, actualy i really appreciate d value of this forum because before i completely gathered all my dox, i was at nowhere. As in i dont know what documents are needed and where shall i go, but then i found this site so useful because the experiences of those hu applied ahead cud be our guide for the do's and donts.
