Also, i agree with you that the longest processing, the more probability to get positive response but i belive that nothing granted till i got the passport in hand with the visa stamped.

Against all odds, the good thing about today is at least I came to know that my application is going good and is still in process and moving towards good news.
I guess you remember how I tried to contact my lawyer to get an update from the Embassy.

What I meant is, my lawyer sent a fax saying that due to **** reason request you t o kindly retun the passports of me and my wife temporarily. We will submit the same no later than 25th Nov.

The Embassy replied that for "as req by you we have couriered ur passports & Receipts through ARAMAX, AWB# xxxxx' Please note that ur file nos are xxx, zzz. Please quote the same for further corrospondance.


I guess this means my application is still in process and looking good. If my lawyer would have asked for an update definitely she would have got the same mail from the Embassy that you receievd right??

We will get visa with in 20 days that means 4 weeks ! Very quickly we will get visa here in New Delhi

That's y I don't want to mess up this time with documents!
