Kami dito sa kuwait maraming waiting since September pa, kasi meron "20" kami dito yung nauna ang LMO, noong September pa, tapos kami na yung sumunod....meron panga mga mag e-expire na ang visa pero na pasa nila na yung passport nila. any ADVICE for those people that there visa's are going to expire guys?

7th week started still no response

Hello everyone,.
Additional info to those applicants who are still waiting for their approval from canadian embassy, I submitted my application last October 18, 2012, but till this time i haven't receive any news from them, i stopped working already and my company filed me an absconding case coz my civil ID expired already and i supposed to fo back to phil last first week of december but unfortunately i can't go back home because my passport is not with me. I sent an email to canadian embassy twice and once through fax but they just replied " Too many applicants they are having right now, everything is not beyond their control, I don't know what to do anymore here in kuwait, My company will clear up things once i get my passport but the problem is i am paying 2 kd a day for the penalties as per the labor law, my company can't extend my visa because they need my original passport...

I hope i can get back my passport as soon as possible :-( please don't ever resign once you did not get your passport back coz things has changed now, before applicants did get their passport just a month but since September 2012 applicants will.receive their passport maximum of 5 months...just for your awareness...

I sent my applicaton package last jan 5 2013.. and until now havent heard from the embassy if they received it or not.. but i got confirmation from aramex that it was delevered last 6th of jan 2013.. my question is..when can i hear from them again??
