Could you give us an update with your situation? I am currently in a similar situation and plan on having my thai wife apply for a TRV and then apply inland for the PR. I hope that works.

What happened with your wife and are you both in Canada? Did she apply outland or inland in the end? And was she able to work? How is your health?
