Work hour 35 hours in the EE profile, but 37.5 hours in the experience letter

Hi, my wife's work hours were mentioned 35 hours per week in the express entry profile, but it was originally 37.5 hours which is mentioned in the experience letter. Should we just mention that as a honest mistake in the LOE?
