Hi,

I have 3 queries regarding work history section in profile:

1. I have 9 years experience with my current employer, with 3 different designations here (and thus responsibilities & NOC codes). Should I add 3 different rows for each designation OR should I just add 1 row with latest/most relevant information?

2. I have 13 years of experience. Should I provide info for only last year, or also additional 3 years prior to that (different NOC code)? I also have ~2 years Canadian Exp in last 3 years, so eligible for both FSW & CEC.

3. Out of last 10 years, roles & responsibility in last 7 years matches with a NOC code and for previous 3 years different NOC code. Will it cause any problem?

Thank you in advance!

Requirement for reference letter states that you have to list all your designations and roles.

1. If you get reference letter with all the designation and roles, then create separate entry for each with respective noc. Otherwise you may create for latest noc but only for the period you worked in this noc. Support it with promotion/role change letter.

2. Provide details for at least 3 years of foreign work exp and entire 2 years of Canadian work exp. Rest of the details may go to activity history.

3. It should not be an issue as long as it's part of noc list (type 0, level A/B) or if it's not listed under work history.

Hi, Id like to make a clarification regarding work experience:

Currently, I have attached all work documents for all the job experiences I had. Even if some does not match my primary job NOC.

My questions are:

1. Should I rather remove unnecessary job certs or I just keep them since I have them anyways?
2. Some of my job certs are incomplete. I just supported them with email threads with corresponding HR personnels to show that I really made a request but they did not provide. For these companies, I can claim points. But I guess if I take them out, my points will be ok coz it is 885. Is it advisable I just remove them since they are not complete or I keep them since I have email threads anyways?

You may keep them. Since already you have pnp/lmia, hence your case shouldn't get rejected even if cic don't consider it. If they consider then it's fine. It won't make any difference for you.

Edit: if you have lmia, then please include the reference letter for at least that job for which you got lmia

1. 3 rows for each designation. You have different job titles and responsibilities so best to separate them

2. Totally up to you. You only need to declare what you are claiming points for. The rest can be in persona; history section on the post ITA application

3. I would advise you just claim points for the 7 years. It's more than enough. You get max points for 3 years as FSW

Hi, can I ask for your advice as well?

In my EE profile I have declared all my job experiences. But 2 companies didnt provide complete details in reference letter. Can i still delete them in the post ITA profile?

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply rajibsam.

May I clarify though. You mean I can still delete job n my post ITA profile . Will there be no problems since they are initially in the EE profile?

Thanks One_Topsy! So for older jobs which I will not be declaring in profile & which I will only be mentioning in history section, post ITA - will there be a need to provide job reference letters? & if required, is there a need to include additional details like roles & responsibilities of job, number of hours, type of employment (FT/PT) etc? For those jobs, I have simple experience certificate with just designation, salary, dates of joining & last working date etc.

No need to provide any evidence for experience you are not claiming points for.
