Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello, we claimed points for my spouse’s 1 -year Canadian work experience. He holds OWP since I was a graduate student. To prove his experience, would the letter of experience + pay slips + T4 and notice of assessment be sufficient? What would you advise? Thank you
Those would be sufficient as long as his reference letter follows IRCC's guidelines.

Thanks @DelPiero07

But isn’t the employer letter important in CIC format , which I have already ? Can I use LOE to mention about working at different client locations ?

Please advice
My concern is your duties/responsibilities and since you were not working for the company who hired you as to whether they would be able to demonstrate that you performed the duties of the NOC chosen.

I was reporting to my employer manager and was supervised by them . They were the one communicating with the client on weekly basis for my work assignments. My employer has provided the reference letter with the list of job duties I was carrying out . In most of the case , if we see in general clients do not provide any client letters for the people whom they contracted for work. My understanding is the company who hired you and paid you is your employer and the reference letter should come from them.

Please correct me if I am wrong here.

Thank you so much.
My last question is regarding my letter of employment. My noc is 1212 and I got ITA under FSW. While main duties mostly match to my past experience, my title doesn’t match. Noc 1212 defines accounting supervisors, however, my title is payment card-accounting specialist. Do you think it would be a problem? I really appreciate your answer

In the same boat as you are, NOC applicable to me is : <2173 Software engineers and designers> as my roles match for <software testing engineer> and but I have different title test engineer and later changed to systems test engineer.

My consultant told that's fine as long as the Job role/duties match the ones listed under NOC code.

Fingers crossed
