I don't have pay statements for one period of work experience. Is the employment letter enough?

Try to gather as much documents as possible: contracts, payslips, insurance statements or check if they accept statutory declaration. If not, you have to message them to make sure.

For EE, for foreign work experience, you do not require payslips or any other documentation, as long as all the required information is included in your reference letter.

For PNP, the requirements vary from province to province; you will have to check each province's application guide for more details.
