My friend has worked for a reputed IT services firm for the last 8 years. It was his first job and only job. He has had 3 promotions from Associate Software Engineer to Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer (Software Engineering Analyst) to Team Leader - Application Development.
Will he need to mention all the designations he has held at his company? If yes, what proof of work experience will he need to provide? From what I understand, its not possible to get roles and responsibilities for the first two designations which he held between 2009-2012. He has work experience letter for his current level and the previous level. He also has appointment letter from 2009.
