Hi everybody!

I am confused about my primary NOC and Reference Letters I possibly could get.

Here is my work history:

Primary NOC - 0213 (based on my masters degree)

NOC 2011 Self-employed since 2011
NOC 0122 Company 1 2010 - 2011
NOC 4163 Company 2 2010 - 2010
NOC 0122 Company 3 2008 - 2009
NOC 0122 Company 4 2006 - 2008
NOC 0601 Company 5 2005 - 2006
NOC 0213 Company 6 2003 - 2005

1. What should I use as my primary NOC, the one where I am more close to my masters degree or the one in which I have most work experience expertise in?
2. I am confident of getting reference letters from 2 employers. But not for the rest. If I won’t get more how this could affect my application? Should I include all work history or just those where I have letters?
3. From which time period work experience contributes to the application points of EE FSWP, 5 or 10 years?
4. According to CIC CRS calculator I loose points on work experience when I choose any other option than “3 or more years”. So does that means I have to prove and support with reference letters only 3+ years of work experience out of total to not to loose points?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You should use the NOC giving you the maximum points in Express entry

2. I am confident of getting reference letters from 2 employers. But not for the rest. If I won’t get more how this could affect my application? Should I include all work history or just those where I have letters?
work history is only for those jobs for which you can provide the reference letters, others needs to be mentioned in the personal history of your E-APR(Post ITA)

3. From which time period work experience contributes to the application points of EE FSWP, 5 or 10 years?
10 years visit
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

4. According to CIC CRS calculator I loose points on work experience when I choose any other option than “3 or more years”. So does that means I have to prove and support with reference letters only 3+ years of work experience out of total to not to loose points?
maximum points are for three years work experience, any more then that will not increase the points.
other way to increase the points in to score CLB 9 in IELTS

Thanks in advance for your help!

First of all thank you for the answers!

"You should use the NOC giving you the maximum points in Express entry" - how to understand which ones give more points than others?

you need atleast one year full time continuous experience to be eligible,
example:
exp a----2 years
exp b----1 years
exp c---- 6months

then exp a is the one giving the max points, exp c is not eligible !! exp b is additional for boosting your marks!!!

there are different ways to see this. as per CIC you need to mention the work experience for which you are basing your application like if i have an engineering degree and wants to base my application under engineer i will put my major experience in engineering and rest i will add to boost marks, some people add the job as per the max experience acquired, over all it doesn't really matters as CIC is majorly looking for O,A or B level experience and the supporting reference letters if you can provide it you are good!!hope i answered your question

Once again, thanks a lot!

"work history is only for those jobs for which you can provide the reference letters, others needs to be mentioned in the personal history of your E-APR(Post ITA)"

What if I put all my jobs in a work history even those where I don't have letters but have contracts and pay slips? Will it be treated as misrepresentation? Or those work which don't have letters just won't be counted?

Work experience for which you can not provide evidence will not count. If you are FSW you need at least 3 years work experience for maximum points, anything above that is irrelevant.
